1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NextGen Pros ("the Platform"), including our web application, services, and talent matching tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
NextGen Pros serves players, scouts, agents, clubs, and academies worldwide. To access certain features, you must register for an account:
- Players & Guardians: Minor players under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to register and create a profile.
- Clubs & Scouts: Representatives of clubs and certified agents warrant that they possess legal authority to act on behalf of their organization.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful football recruiting, scouting, and profile creation purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent athletic stats or player information.
- Harassing, spamming, or sending unauthorized commercial communications to players or scouts.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract platform data without permission.
- Impersonating another player, club official, or registered FIFA/national agent.
4. Intellectual Property & Media Rights
All platform content, software, logos, trademarks, and design systems are the exclusive property of NextGen Pros. Players retain ownership of their uploaded highlights and media, but grant NextGen Pros a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and promote their profile to verified clubs and scouts on the platform.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain platform tier features (such as profile boosting, premium analytics, and direct scout messaging) require a paid subscription or boost fee. All fees are clearly displayed prior to purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the billing date through your account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
NextGen Pros facilitates connections between talent and scouting organizations but does not guarantee contracts, trials, or professional placements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
